My Mission

"My mission is to motivate, inspire, instruct and change people's lives in a "fun" way so there is never a dull moment. I even make nutrition "fun" where people actually don't get bored or think it is too hard. It's not when we make it "fun". I am a hands on one-on-one type of trainer who has had clients as friends over decades of years. They become family. I'm only a text, email, video, or even a phone call away. IT WORKS - IF YOU WORK IT!

My popularity as an original American Gladiator "Zap" has gotten me a ton of clients because of the intrigue, and they know my fitness experience had to be there to get me on the show. You can also tell whether the chemistry, desire to achieve goals and personalities mesh to decide whether it is a good fit or not. I am a people person in all aspects of my life. Also, I make it fun! We laugh a-lot.
