Working out solo is completely fine, but are you going to push yourself when you don’t feel like you can complete the set? I cannot speak for how other trainers run their sessions but I like to keep mine lighthearted, fun and educational. It should feel as though we are just hanging out While working out. I listen to the clients needs and make sure that each workout is achieving not only our long term goals, but is the right workout for what’s happening today in your life.
