My Mission

I aim to help others establish a positive relationship with their bodies to discover their own physical capabilities. I believe that doing so will allow my clients to internalize the benefits of exercise and build the discipline to stay devoted to their goals.

In my experience, effective training involves establishing a supportive and empowering environment that allows clients to feel motivated, accountable, and educated. My background in Kinesiology also allows me to dissent and apply research to develop a personalized training program that meets the individual needs of the client. $70 for the 1st month then $95/ month - A month of daily training for the price of 1 conventional session
