Clients should train with me because not only am I their #1 cheerleader, but I do everything I can to hold them accountable! I truly tailor to each client experience to meet them where they are at any season of life, remaining flexible but firm, because fitness is a lifestyle and I will still be there when times get tough! Also, I believe that fitness is something ever evolving so it’s important that we never stop learning and gaining new information.
