The online advice I encountered in my fitness journey was given to me by influencers who can afford perfect food ("I get my protein from sponsors"), have perfect sleep ("I sleep a perfect 8 hours every day"), have perfect workouts, and so on. It just wasn't realistic for me. what I manage to do is make strategies that don't involve perfection but rather get results that fit in whatever condition the client has to be in. To reach our goals we must avoid looking at people who live idealized lives
