I am very knowledgeable in my field and interacting with an actual trainer offers a different kind of motivation than free information that is available online. I can figure out what the client may need to help achieve their goals and adjust my training techniques accordingly.

My go to healthy food would usually be a salad bowl with balanced with carbs, fats and protein.
