My mission is to help encourage and inform others on how to better their lives with fitness. Inspired by the amount of lives I've changed already, and my own self journey of going from 330lbs at the age of 20 yrs old, to 240lbs by 21 years old. I can't wait to help so many more.
Alongside my personal training experience at EoS Fitness, I have 800hrs of accredited hands on experience at ATI with a NASM based program to earned my Certification as a Personal Trainer. Using those tools I'm be able to help clients not only lose weight, but also become informed in nutrition, injury prevention, and strength training. That's why clients should train with me instead of going solo and using information they've found on the internet.
