I am not here to undermine your intelligence in that regard. I'm here to encourage you and hold you accountable in ways that, let's face it, most of us don't do on our own. All the knowledge in the world doesn't matter if we aren't practicing it daily!
My go-to workouts are full-body circuits with lots of compound movements!
