After working with numerous coaches myself and training many types of clients, I have a deep understanding of what works for certain types of people and what doesn't. I do not use the same approach or programming for every person, but instead take every client's individual situation into account and am not afraid to try something new if my original plan does not seem to be optimal.
Growing my glutes is my main focus - think heavy hip thrusts, squats, RDLs, and reverse lunges.
My staples include eggs, turkey bacon, fruit/veg, rice, sweet potatoes, chicken, turkey and salmon.
Honestly, not much- I enjoy most healthy foods and like to have variety with fruits and veggies.
