A person should work with me instead of going solo because of the accountability. A coach is going to follow up behind you to see if you completed everything you wanted to do each week. I believe a client should work with me because I am compassionate and realistic. I can meet clients where they are and start with small, attainable goals. I think it is important not to overwhelm someone when they are first starting on their fitness journey. Clients can see wins and changes quicker by working on small changes instead of setting unrealistic expectations.
