A client should train with me rather than finding free information online because free information online is often lacking or invalid. Most times it is not telling the whole truth and is most definitely not personalized to the individual. After going through my own personal journey I know first hand that cookie cutter methods do not work. Each and every person has their own road blocks and specialized protocols they need to follow to get the best possible results.
