During my time of being a trainer in person and online, I have developed a unique understanding of multiple avenues of wellness ranging from strength training, cardiovascular health, mobility, nutrition, and the body’s biofeedback so I can customize programs for each client based on what they want to achieve. In addition, I am experienced about how the human body works and with each body being different, I'm able to provide personalized programs, routines, and protocols based on each individual.
My go-to workout will always be an upper body weightlifting session!
