If there is a client that is a good fit for me, I would enjoy working with them as I was them at one point too. I had just got done having three knee surgeries, and I reached out to a personal trainer, and through her knowledge and time committed to me I found my drive and love for the fitness industry, weight lifting, and my overall health. I will make sure I can help my client with any questions, obstacles, and goals they may have.
My go-to workout is a heavy push day which hits your chest, triceps, and shoulders!
All food is healthy within moderation! I do love a good fruit smoothie to start off my mornings.
