I believe that the majority of a transformation comes from establishing and maintaining a strong sense of accountability. A trainer, specifically a remote trainer, should be able to hold their clients accountable in the most positive ways. Free information off the internet may provide baseline guidance but it does not provide the backbone of accountability. I trust in my abilities to be able to make my clients feel like I am right beside them every step of the way (because I will be) though we may live in different areas. I guarantee my previous and current clients will vouch for me in this regard.
