My Mission

My mission is to help women to realize that they are capable of much more than they give themselves credit for. Through faith and consistent effort, I was able to lose 60lbs myself and I have helped other women to do the same. I want every woman to be more aware of the positive changes happening besides just using the scale. The fact that you can climb a flight of stairs without feeling winded, or carrying in the groceries without needing a break, or bending down to tie your shoes - that's more important and impactful than the number on the scale. That's health and strength. Let's celebrate every win along the way. Success is not linear, and my clients will find out that each stop in the journey is probably even more important than the "end" goal itself. They will learn that faith and consistent effort, not perfection, will lead to long-term change.

Why Train With Me

I take the time to get to know my clients and the specific things that keep them from progressing. I don't believe in restricting the things they love and enjoy so heavily that they fall of the plan altogether. I also keep their mental health in mind when working with my clients to ensure each goal feels attainable to them instead of imposing only what I want.

My go-to workout

Most of my workouts are 45-60 minutes long. Usually weights and/or HIIT. I also like a good walk!

Healthy food I love

I love it all! Favorite veggie - zucchini. Protein - seafood. Carb - quinoa. Fat - avocado!

Healthy food I hate

I love food...I do hate fake superfoods. Just eat mostly whole foods and less processed food.
