Some clients might have excellent form, but they may not have accountability. Some clients may be knowledgeable when it comes to programming and different exercises, but they may lack form. This is why I believe that it is important to have a personal trainer, for not only accountability, but for safety and knowledge purposes. What sets me a part from other trainers is my ability to adjust and adhere to my surroundings, clients needs and the equipment available.
