My mission is to help people feel confident and comfortable in their own body, I want them to feel safe when they are talking to me about their fitness goals, as well as any other personal issues that may be struggling with. Building a positive and safe relationships with my clients is my top priority. I believe that, yes, feeling comfortable in your own skin is important, but the gym is not only there to look good, but it is also an outlet for many people mentally, and I want to incorporate that into my training style.
Fitness has had a positive impact for my mental health and helped me out a very dark place, and I want to use my own personal experiences to help those who may also be struggling with the same thing I don't want to give my clients a program and not have follow ups with them, I want to help them both mentally and physically, and believe that my personal experience as well as work experience will allow me to do this. I enjoy being personal with my patients and have real conversations with them to show that I care about their well being and I want to do the same with my clients.
