My philosophy is 'Reach within yourself and realize all your potential.' I have always believed in a balanced life where body, mind, and spirit move as one. I regard healthy living as an important pillar in improving one's life overall. I am inspired to live such an active balanced lifestyle and I am also inspired to help others do the same. Myself, I got into fitness out of my love of exercise and games such as baseball, hockey, tennis, golf. Then I took an education in the fitness field out of my interest to help others. I see how living a healthy, balanced life has such a positive impact on every other part of our life - relationships, community, and society as a whole.

I like a calisthenic bodyweight workout. It's great to do outdoors in the warm summer or indoors.

fruit vegetables lentils, chickpeas greens - kale, spinach seeds nuts avocados almond milk cacao

I generally don't workout to music. I like to train outdoors where I listen to the music of Nature.
