My experience in many settings (in corporate and specialty gyms, with collegiate athletes, and online training) allows me to be ready for any type of client. Also my own story of being in everyone’s shoes per say : the over weight kid, the kid with no muscle, the athlete, and now the everyday person trying to live a healthy lifestyle.
My go to workout is a back day workout prioritizing heavy rows and high rep accessories to finish.
Any combination of meat, rice, and veggie with a light sauce/seasoning on top. Easy and Tasty.
Not a big fan of Brussel sprouts.
