We all are individuals and have busy lives, but we can also make daily intentions to better ourselves. My background has enabled me to interact with such diverse humans, and I was lucky enough to be able to find my purpose: helping others with their purpose. I help to build consistency and self-efficacy first. Once we have created those habits we can move on to variety and intensity. I believe Fitness, food, and supplementation are the foundations of any remarkable lifetime horizon physically, mentally, and emotionally and I love spreading this knowledge and enthusiasm to others. The modern struggle is about self-discipline. In the age of excess, the greatest challenge is self-control. Immunity to incoming temptations and the bombarding of excess stimuli and pleasure.
