Meet Coach Paul

My Mission

"Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can." I always loved this quote from Arthur Ashe because it can resonate with anyone. We all are individuals and have busy lives, but we can also make daily intentions to better ourselves. My background has enabled me to interact with such diverse humans, and I was lucky enough to be able to find my purpose: helping others with their purpose. I help to build consistency and self-efficacy first. Once we have created those habits we can move on to variety and intensity. I believe Fitness, food, and supplementation are the foundations of any remarkable lifetime horizon physically, mentally, and emotionally and I love spreading this knowledge and enthusiasm to others. The modern struggle is about self-discipline. In the age of excess, the greatest challenge is self-control. Immunity to incoming temptations and the bombarding of excess stimuli and pleasure. Let's all have fun and find our personal stoke with health as our foundations!

It took me years to find the right balance, and now I'm eager to help others achieve their own wellness goals.
