A client should train with me because my programming is completely evidence-based, grounded in the latest research in Exercise and Sport Science conducted by many of the world-class faculty who I had the pleasure of being taught by here at UNC-Chapel Hill. There is an increasing amount of jargon and false information on fitness being propagated online through social media, and much of it is not backed by thorough research from accredited bodies in the health and wellness industry. My goal is to help clients sift through the misinformation in health and wellness by working with them to develop a customized, holistic program for their fitness and nutrition so they can achieve the results they’re looking for. Clients should train with me because first and foremost, I truly care about their health and well-being, and want to see them live happier and healthier lives.
I love power cleans followed by heavy Hatfield squats and some upper body accessories to get a pump!
