My mission is to help people understand fitness, get the gains they want, and change their lives for the better. We need to be healthy to fight disease and I want to help people find a way to enjoy exercise. There are so many forms and help people step into the world of fitness guided and supported. I lost weight and gained muscle off and on before becoming a trainer, and with the knowledge I have kept results and am driven to always be bettering myself. Fitness is not a 3 month challenge, it is for life. But it can be fun and rewarding, I want to bring out the best in people and challenge them to do what they are capable of.

Information online can be misleading, not accredited, and not helpful to a clients goals. They may find a video on youtube that seems like a quick fix but some videos I have reviewed have movements that could cause injury. It is better to be safe with professional.
