I have personal knowledge I’ve been through the transformation phase. I’ve had trainers myself. I’ve been in periods of time where I didn’t do any fitness. But now, knowing what it is like to have fitness in my life, I feel as if I have a better understanding a relatable understanding.
My favorite type of workout is a leg workout. I love pushing myself to the limit.
