I lost 105 pounds in just a year by making simple changes to my diet and exercising more. If I can do it you can too, no matter the age, gender, or disability. You CAN do it.
I would provide personalized programs including modifications for any physical injury or disability they may have. If they have joint pain/back pain/ etc, I’m experienced with yoga and can add that to their stretch out routine. Im also willing to provide a personalized eating plan with modifications depending on allegories, likes, etc.
