The resources are out there, they always have been and they always will be. That’s not the issue. The issue is the discipline and the motivation it takes to reach the next level. The workout doesn’t begin until things get hard and you push your body to new heights. This will help you, not just in the weight room, but in all aspects of life. And more than anything, I would love to make this a journey in which we travel together!
