I started doing this because I believe in people and their ability to achieve great things despite circumstances, I just think some people need help, a person to remind them that they are capable and someone who truly means it. I also have personal experience myself so I am very empathetic and my education and continued education keeps me knowledgeable in health advancements.
My favorite sweat sessions always start with a great warm-up and the squat rack!
I LOVE sweet potatoes. I dice them, bake them, put them in bowls.. plus my little one loves them!

I used to be 104 pounds heavier! I gained 104 pounds in about 11 months and lost it the right way!
