Having someone cheering you on & helping you stay motivated while holding you accountable is more encouraging and personal than using an online program or relying only on yourself. I know how discouraging it can be when progress goes slowly & how difficult it can be to stay active and healthy. I know how to approach people while being friendly & encouraging but still holding them accountable and helping them reach their ultimate goal, even when it feels too far out of reach.
My go to is martial arts/boxing/kickboxing, but I also love running, leg workouts, swimming & hiking
I absolutely love peas! Any crisp veggies like carrots, peppers, lettuce, etc & almost all fruits
I despise cilantro and I don't like tomatoes. I don't like warm spinach but will eat it cold
