If you're serious about something, get a coach. With so much info on the internet, it can seem like going solo is doable. I tried it for many years. But sifting through mountains of info without experience to guide your decisions is horribly inefficient! Even as a coach, I now have multiple coaches myself! Use the knowledge and experience of others to supercharge your own progress. There are always others who have been through what we're going through! Not using them is silly!
