My mission is to help my clients to improve their relationship with food, health, their bodies and movement. I am here to help you be confident in what your body can do, regardless of it’s size, and remind you that you are strong, capable, and can trust your body and yourself to be there for you and accomplish things you never thought were possible!
I have qualifications beyond personal training. I am a doctoral candidate in clinical psychology and have a bachelors in psychology and nutrition. I have experience in motivational interviewing and health/nutrition coaching and I have knowledge of cognitive behaviors that I believe sets me apart. I also prefer to take a holistic approach to health and fitness and follow my client while also incorporating a well rounded fitness plan.
