I think it is beneficial for clients to train with me because i'm quite young and fresh out of university and fresh out of Varsity Sports (Student-Athlete). As a student-athlete I can personally say that I have developed my personality to become very discipline and hold myself accountable. Working in a team environment at such a high level has also given me the experience to be a professional team player and adapt to different personalities. With that being said, I think I can translate that into training clients and use those skills, apply and adapt my clients into the same mindset to reach their desired goals.
