I believe that someone should train with me because I have success with my current client base and the plans are simple, yet effective. I am very relatable, but hold people accountable and to a standard that allows them to better themselves, physically and mentally. The way I do that is through check ins, weigh ins, documenting workout progressions, and checking their food intake week to week.
