With my personal backstory of completing a weight loss journey and have kept the weight off for 10+ years I know how hard/scary/difficult this can be personally, but if you give a 110% to the goal the end reward is so much more than you can imagine. I don't look at myself as a trainer anymore but as a coach/friend that helps guide you through this journey and wants you to succed at all cost.
