I believe that I have my own unique journey that they can learn from as well as a near obsessive amount of knowledge on the topics of fitness and nutrition, and how they can be leveraged to improve one’s life in every way. I also believe I’m a very understanding and forgiving person and am good at working with clients to motivate them without making them like they are failing.
I like to lift heavy and focus on mind/muscle connection to get as much out of every rep as I can.
I love eggs, fish, rice, broccoli, spinach, yogurt, oatmeal, berries to name a few.
I wish I could say there are foods I hate but I’m genuinely the least picky person I know.

Usually its Disney soundtracks or anime openings, anything that can invoke emotion or nostalgia.
That part of the reason I started exercising is because I love food so much.
