I have been lifting weights since I was 12 and have trained with world class trainers and learned from the best. I have experience in bodybuilding, powerlifting, weight loss, and muscle gain, as well as the nutritional knowledge to build enjoyable and easy to follow meal plans. At the end of the day, I get people results that other trainers will not get them, using easier to adhere to methods.
