I am a 22 year old kid that has been through it all when it comes to training programs. I started off using free information online, then I had training sessions at one of the local athletic training gyms with the baseball team, then I arrived to high school and had the high school strength coach who is now the strength coach of the Miami Heat. Fast forward a few years and I have had the privilege of training and learning at Sanford Sports in Sioux Falls, SD, Avera sports in Sioux Falls, SD, Orthopedic Institute Performance in Sioux Falls, SD, Driveline Baseball in Seattle, WA and Phoenix, AZ, Cressey Sports Performance in FL, and now Tread Athletics (remotely) in Charlotte, NC. I've been training since I was 12 and I've seen awful programs and I've also seen fantastic programs along with everything else in between. I have had the privilege of learning from some of the industry's best strength and conditioning and fitness coaches. I am extremely personable and easy to work around problems. There isn't a lot of 22 year olds with the experience I have.
