A healthy food that I personally love is açaí bowls with a mix of fruits, nuts/seeds, and granola.

High-intensity music is the ideal workout music! I'll always have music on while working out.
Most of my workouts are weightlifting but I’m a runner at heart! If you see me at marathons, say hi!
