I have found it to be easier to look up popular diets and exercises online, however; staying consistent is the hardest part. I believe, as a helpful guide who focuses on your individual goal, I can motivate you, through a lens of experience. Having the coach-learner dynamic fosters realistic goal setting, goal achievement, and is a reminder that you have someone there to make sure you reach them.
I love using all styles of exercises/workouts in my routine. My favorite workout though is legs.
My favorite foods include spinach, asparagus, blueberries, potatoes, beans and dark chocolate.
I don't know about you, but I hate kale and brussels sprouts. Please get that off my plate.

Not my favorite all the time, but defiantly my favorite music when i'm working out is rap.
Fun fact, I still play many sports. I also have competed in both physique and crossfit competitions.
