Why Train With Me

I am a single parent and mother of 4. Im a competitive bodybuilder living and breathing fitness daily. As a mother residing in a country that is not home, Ive had to find the strength to conquer plenty short comings. With my past career in management it was my responsibility to mentor others in support to striving toward there business and personal goals. As a women, mother and athlete I to have endured plenty of short comings in which i've had to rise above through positive self talk and constant affirmation towards stability of my mental health. Im a calm mannered women, professional by nature with a loving mentoring spirit. I deliver care and compassion however tough love in support to reaching the goal.
