One of my specialties is behavioral change. While I have the fitness piece to train I also have the extra benefit of advanced nutrition education which is where many people need extra assistance. I don’t like provide proper nutrition education on balanced meals to help achieve one’s goals.
My go to work out is weight lifting. My favorite lift would be squats! And kickboxing for cardio!
My favorite protein would be chicken, favorite vegetable brussel sprouts and carb would be farro!
