Training with me brings with it a lot of information not only learned from an institution, but learned over the years from personal experience. I have the ability to pass on my knowledge to another person, offering additional motivation and assistance, thus creating a healthy and maintainable lifestyle. I am also fluent in English and Spanish, which will allow me to help non-English speaking clients achieve their goals without language being an impediment.
I love a full body workout composed by 5-6 strength exercises, finished by a HIIT cardio session.
