I have been a professional trainer for fitness, acrobatics, and athletics for close to a decade. Having worked with people with varying needs and goals, I am a trainer who truly takes care of her clients and ensures that their needs are met. Some of my specialties are the following: - Fitness for females after pregnancy (NASM training) - Fitness for seniors with needs for better mobility - Weight loss and muscle building for various levels of fitness - Acrobatic and calisthenic training for gymnasts and performers My clients know that my schedule is flexible and that I can adjust to needs should they need more than 1 hour sessions.
