Meet Coach Nancy

My Mission

I am inspired when I help a client adopt a healthier lifestyle. When my clients succeed I succeed. Some of my best days are when a client realizes that she is down a dress size or that he went in three notches on his belt. I like to push clients beyond what they think they can do and get them results they never thought possible. The ultimate is helping someone lose enough weight to get off blood pressure meds, pre-diabetic meds, etc.. I got into fitness when my 42-year-old cousin dropped dead after a game of racquetball. He was under a tremendous amount of stress between his job and his home life. In addition, we have a horrible family history of heart disease. One of my best friends growing up was overweight and I hated the way people treated her because of that. It was so damaging to her self-esteem. My goal is to help all my clients feel good about themselves again!
