My personality fits well with many different people, and from my experience, having a good connection with someone can be motivating and fun for the client. Developing good relationships, on top of them trusting my knowledge, has made clients be more consistent in the gym, and helped achieve their goals.
Muscle building rep/set scheme. Usually some type of split: upper/lower, muscle groups.
Smoothies! You can mix so many different things in there for different flavors, and add protein.
Veggies like carrots and onions. Some fruits too, like blackberries. I'd only eat them in a smoothie

Usually hard rock, metal. If not, I'll turn to some edm, usually the harder end of that genre.
