I create a challenging, yet safe environment that will improve clients fitness level, build their confidence and self-efficacy. My are clients also educated on proper form, metabolism, nutrition, etc. so that they can be more mindful of their habits and develop a healthier lifestyle. Overall, the experience will be life changing in a positive way.
HIIT is my go-to workout. I can choose a set of exercises and burn a lot of calories in 20-30mins.
