While working with clients, I've learned how to adjust workouts to each individual need. For ex, I'm going to know which exercises will be better or worse for a certain goal while being mindful of the fact that your wrists hurt doing too many push exercises. I can accommodate this, the internet cannot. Being a trainer is also about building relationships & I've been told my clients look forward to when they can talk to me or text me. Any & all questions welcome. Can the internet do that? ?
