By assessing someones current fitness level, I design their programs with their goals and abilities in mind. Helping them to overcome obstacles and making adjustments as needed. I will be there to help guide them as their personal fitness GPS. Fitness is much more than a generic workout, it needs to be custom fit to the individuals needs; their available time, obstacles, injuries, and more.
3-5 mile run or hike, then Mobility work, Functional Strength training, and finally Stretching
