My Mission
My mission is to give mid-life Women the tools they need to regain their self-confidence and worth. Mid-Life is difficult, so many changes happen with a Woman's body. Workouts nor food regime's work like they used to when it comes to losing weight, cravings, hunger and low energy are at an all time high. It is difficult to manage or figure our what works on your own with little to no support, like I had to. I want Women to feel Empowered and know that they CAN change and get back to feeling GOOD in their skin once again. Realizing that getting older doesn't mean we are less attractive, less capable or have to give into the weight gain and skin changes that happen when our Hormones change. We can do a lot to Empower each other and ourselves! And that is my mission, to help Women see their beauty once again, and FEEL it for themselves. :)

Why Train With Me

Being Mid-Life myself, I have personal insight as to the struggles Women face both Physically and Emotionally once their Hormones change. I'm 54 in May, 2023 and I still listen to "top 40-ish" type music in the gym! Anything high energy!
