My Mission

I believe everyone should have the ability to live free of joint pain, and/or discomfort (at any age) with the chance to do any activity or sport with the confidence of not getting injured or hurt. The knowledge of how to wake up refreshed and ready for the day without the fear of going off the rails. Each person should be equipped with the knowledge of how to down-regulate from stressful situations such as work and daily life with simple breath practice. I believe people should be taught to relax and recover from the comfort of home with a 10- 20-minute mobility sequence with only a ball or a foam roller. Lastly, I want people to understand they don't have to go hard every day; rest is essential to growth both mentally and physically.

I will educate you in every aspect of your goals and beyond. I will help you reach your goals and set new ones. You will own your health and fitness by the time we are done. Imagine if Harvard had the slogan, we're so orujos, no one graduates. It's not supposed to be that hard.
