Finding a client, to me, is all about building trust and a relationship to ensure that they will ultimately be experienced and informed enough to train independently so that they can achieve their goals with or without a personal trainer. While there is a lot of information online that can help them learn, the information is general, lacking personalized support and motivation, and not tailored to meet a client's specific needs.
I love all types of weight training (especially deadlifting), but I can never turn down swimming.
