In my workouts, core exercises are a must, and supersets/ full body exercises give a great "burn”.
Salads with lean protein, omelettes, protein wraps, any dish with rice, curries, and a hearty soup!
Raw tomatoes, oysters/ “ocean snot” (unless deep fried with bacon), but that's about it :)
